1. Grant of License
JGS Lanka Co. grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to download, install, and execute the JGS QuickDrop desktop client (Windows / macOS) and use the web application for personal, business, and educational peer-to-peer file transfers and local media processing.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
The JGS QuickDrop software, including but not limited to its branding, source code, UI architecture, algorithms, icons, and documentation, is the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of JGS Lanka Co. (Sri Lanka). You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, sublicense, or distribute unauthorized clones of this application without prior written consent.
3. User Content & Data Sovereignty
You retain 100% unconditional ownership and rights over all files, images, videos, audio, text, and data transferred or processed through JGS QuickDrop. Because QuickDrop utilizes zero cloud storage and operates strictly via direct peer-to-peer local RAM channels, JGS Lanka Co. has no access to and holds zero liability for any user-transferred content.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall JGS Lanka Co. or its developer team be held liable for any data loss, transmission delay, hardware faults, or interruptions caused by local network router configurations, firewalls, or device power loss.
